User Listing Rules

By posting a listing you agree to the following rules. Last Updated: August 29, 2026.

1. Classified Platform Only

thestuddog.com is a classified advertisement platform and does not sell dogs or guarantee breeding arrangements.

2. Stud Dogs Only

This platform is exclusively for advertising stud dogs available for breeding. Puppy sales, litters, females, and unrelated listings are not permitted.

3. One Dog Per Listing — No Duplicate Ads

Each listing must represent one stud dog. You cannot create duplicate ads for the same stud. If you need to change information or make a previously unavailable dog available again, edit or reactivate the original listing instead of creating a second ad.

4. Accurate Listings

Listings must be truthful and accurate including breed, registration status, health testing claims, genetic testing claims, and photos of the dog.

5. Ownership

You may only list dogs that you own or have legal authority to advertise.

6. No Misrepresentation

You may not falsely claim registration, titles, genetic test results, or health certifications.

7. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all animal welfare and breeding laws applicable to their location.

8. Keep Listings Current

Listings automatically renew while account access remains active: every 45 days on Basic, every 30 days on Pro, and every 14 days on Premium Plus. Renewal keeps the original advertisement active and does not create a second ad. Listings must reflect the stud's current availability and should be deactivated promptly when the dog is no longer available for breeding.

9. Content Rules

Listings may not contain illegal content, fraud or scams, harassment, or abusive/obscene material.

10. Listing Removal

thestuddog.com may remove listings or accounts at its discretion.

11. Responsibility for Transactions

All breeding arrangements and agreements occur directly between users. thestuddog.com is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from user interactions.
